Kua Taco Bar – Rotterdam – The Netherlands

Their version of a barbacoa taco, with cheese on a flour tortilla, was fantastic. So was the pastor tacos, made with tasty pork shoulder marinated in achiote. Our table loved the alambre tacos as well, and for vegetarians the rajas con queso is a delicious option. Atmosphere is excellent- reminded me of the ambiance at a low key laid back cantina in downtown Mexico City. Decor is tasteful without being cliché. A friendly taco bar with good beer, a good selection of Mexican spirits, in a nice, open space perfect for sharing tacos and stories with your family and friends.
