A lot of love goes out to all the guys at Maria Sabina for the best authentic Mexican food this side of Chihuahua. Try all the fillings. Pastor pork and Chorizo definite highlights. Had pastor pork and chicken quesadilla for lunch. WOW. The scotch bonet (habanero) chilli sauce has a definite KICK.

The Agua de Horchata is delicious and the Tacos de Tinga and Pastor are yummmm! Their Sopes are also fantastic.
