Mexican plant based restaurant!
I am Mexican … I love the food of my country & I am very critical when I try it in a different country, Also, I lead a vegetarian life and I must confess that I am a very big eater … Anyway, after analyzing the menu and asking about the specialties of the place, I chose 3 dishes that captured my attention – AVOCADO SOUP: A generous portion of delicious cream of fresh Cilantro with Hass Avocado and croutons, a delight widely recommended. PATRON TACOS: 3 different types of succulent Mushrooms exquisitely prepared on an Organic Corn Tortilla made by hand. ALBONDIGAS CON MOLE DE AGUACATE: Quinoa meatballs in a Hass Avocado Sauce, a truly outstanding dish with very unique flavors.
A special mention to the Staff, they are in fusion and in tune with the ingredients of the dishes that I tried and / or questioned about, they describe the content perfectly and the best thing is that they tell you which dishes are prepared with dairy products and give you the option of replacing the ingredient that you do not want on your plate without extra charge or just do not use it. If to all that you add that the place has a harmony and tranquility you experience from the moment you enter (except for the terrace located on the second floor … I recommend you use it when you go with friends to try the cocktails), you will come to the conclusion that La Pacha Mama is SUBLIME & EXCEPTIONAL … A must stop in Bali.
